China Advocates Increased Talent Exchange with Portuguese-Speaking Countries

The People’s Republic of China called on Tuesday for greater international talent exchange within the framework of cooperation with Portuguese-Speaking Countries (PSC).

This position was presented in Beijing by Zhang Fangfang, Deputy Director of the School of Hispanic and Portuguese Studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University, during the Seminar for Angolan Media Professionals.

In this context, to further promote cooperation and talent development with PSCs, the academic emphasized the need to better utilize online educational resources, increase the number of Confucius Institutes, strengthen support for personal exchanges, among other mechanisms.
