Brent Traded at $68.14

A barrel of Brent crude, for November delivery, opened trading on Tuesday at $68.14 in the international market, after closing the previous session at $68.22, reflecting a marginal depreciation of 0.08 cents.

North Sea crude registered a daily low of $67.04 and a high of $68.49 in Monday’s trading, according to the specialized website Investing.com.

The price of Brent is used to set the trading value of this commodity on the international market.

It also serves as a benchmark for the oil industry and OPEC’s decisions.

Angola’s General State Budget (OGE) for the 2025 fiscal year was prepared on the basis of a reference price of $70 per barrel and an estimated production of 1.098 million barrels of oil per day.

According to the monthly report from the National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG), oil production in July this year stood at 30,961,452 barrels, a 20% increase compared to the previous month, with a daily average of 998,757 barrels/day, below the projected 1,073,542 barrels/day.
