Brent Traded at $66.86

The Brent crude oil barrel opened trading on the international market this Friday at $66.86, representing an increase of $1.10 compared to the opening of the previous session.

On Thursday, the price of this commodity for October delivery recorded a daily minimum of $65.55 and a maximum of $66.99, according to the specialized website “investing.com.”

The Brent price is used to establish the sale value of this commodity on the international market.

It also serves as a reference for the oil industry and OPEC decisions.

Angola’s General State Budget (OGE) for the 2025 fiscal year was prepared based on a price of $70 per barrel and an estimated production of 1,098,000 barrels of oil per day.

Recent data indicate that during the second quarter of this year, oil revenue reached 2.52 trillion kwanzas, representing 23% of the amount forecasted in the OGE and accounting for 42% of the total expected revenue.
