The newest member of the Galaxy S25 family will be the first Samsung phone to launch with the One UI 8 operating system pre-installed. It also comes equipped with artificial intelligence features through Galaxy AI.
Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy S25 FE, the most affordable model in its latest generation of smartphones, starting at €789.
The Galaxy S25 FE will debut with One UI 8 pre-installed and features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Inside, it houses an Exynos 2400 processor, 8GB of RAM, and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB. Powering the device is a 4,900mAh battery.
Samsung emphasizes that although the Galaxy S25 FE is slimmer and lighter than its predecessor, the battery is larger, compared to the previous 4,700mAh unit.
For charging, the Galaxy S25 FE supports 45W wired fast charging, capable of reaching up to 69% in just 30 minutes. Wireless charging is also available, though Samsung has not disclosed its capacity.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 9MP telephoto sensor. On the front, users will find a single 12MP selfie camera.
Galaxy S25 FE Brings Galaxy AI
Like Samsung’s most recent devices, the Galaxy S25 FE is equipped with Galaxy AI features. Among those highlighted during the presentation was Writing Assist, an AI tool that helps users compose messages and even adjust their tone to better suit the context.
Other tools include Google’s Circle to Search, Gemini Live, Now Bar, Now Brief, and several image editing functions. Samsung also announced that Galaxy AI is already available on over 200 million devices worldwide, with expectations to double that figure thanks to the Galaxy S25 FE.

Release Date
The Galaxy S25 FE is now available for pre-order starting Thursday, September 4, with official release scheduled for September 15.
This Samsung smartphone will be available in black, white, navy blue, and ice blue.
