The Institute for the Management of State Assets and Holdings (IGAPE) has announced that, by the end of January this year, companies in the Public Business Sector (SEP) will be supervised through the SEP360º platform.
This is the first integrated digital solution in Angola that automates the collection, analysis, and monitoring of data from public companies and companies in the public domain. SEP360º is a system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), designed to end the dependence on manual processes, fragmented information, and scattered reports that, for years, have limited the effectiveness of the State’s shareholder function.
The system is in the final phase of a far-reaching technological project that promises to transform the way the Angolan state monitors, controls, and evaluates companies integrated into the SEP.
SEP360º is part of the second phase of a structural program for the institutional modernization of IGAPE, in line with the Angolan government’s strategy for the digital transformation of public administration, strengthening governance, and increasing transparency in the management of state assets.
