Bubble AI Connects Education and the Job Market in Africa

Bubble AI, an African-based platform powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), has introduced an integrated education and career development solution designed to support students and professionals from defining their academic paths to preparing for and entering the job market.

The platform brings together career assessment tools, personalized learning plans, educational resources, exam simulations, interview preparation, job search, and automated applications into a single ecosystem.

According to the company’s team, Bubble AI’s mission is to help users identify career paths best suited to their profiles, understand skill gaps, and follow more structured paths toward employability. “In practice, Bubble AI helps users identify the most suitable career opportunities, understand their skill gaps, prepare themselves through personalized learning and assessments, automate parts of the application process, and improve their readiness for the job market,” said Aloaye Collins Otsu, head of marketing and growth strategy at Bubble AI.

The innovation is based on two main pillars. The first is the Computer-Based Testing (CBT) engine, designed for educational institutions and used for exams, assessments, automated grading, and report generation. The tool also allows for tracking students’ progress over time. “The system allows us to monitor users from an early stage and, using longitudinal data, guide them over time toward the most appropriate career path,” explained Otsu.

The second pillar consists of a layer of automation for job applications, which includes career assessment, the creation of personalized career roadmaps, interview preparation, and the optimization of professional profiles.

The platform claims to have reached more than 13,000 users in its first seven months of operation, recording more than 1,000 transactions in its first five months of monetization and generating approximately $1,000 in monthly recurring revenue. The company also reports a 57% retention rate after 30 days. “In addition to capital, we are also seeking strategic support in the areas of distribution and recruitment,” added Otsu.

Bubble AI is currently raising approximately one million dollars to fund product growth, strengthen its artificial intelligence infrastructure, expand distribution, hire staff, and improve offline accessibility in underserved regions.

According to the Disrupt Africa website, the company’s strategy initially focuses on English-speaking African markets, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, which represent a potential market of about 50 million users. In the long term, Bubble AI aims to establish itself as an African career infrastructure, adopting a growth model based on partnerships with schools, training programs, and job placement institutions, operating in a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) format.
