The spokesperson for Angotic 2025, João Demba, assured in a statement to OPAÍS that all conditions are in place for the event to kick off this Thursday, June 12, without any setbacks.
In terms of exhibition space, according to the spokesperson, all spots are filled, and all tents have been set up. In his words, “everything is moving at a fast pace,” and the organization expects that by tomorrow, Tuesday, or at the latest Wednesday, all stands will be fully assembled so that the opening ceremony can take place on Thursday.
According to João Demba, registrations are closed, although there is still high demand from companies interested in participating. He regrets that the organization can no longer accommodate them due to a lack of space. “Since last week, tickets have no longer been available online for visitors, but they can still be purchased in person at the event venue and at Angola Post offices,” he reassured, emphasizing that for exhibitors, spaces have been fully booked for over 40 days.
Currently, 150 startups and around 100 exhibiting companies are registered — figures that surpass both the 2024 edition and the organization’s expectations. Regarding payment for the exhibition spaces, João Demba said prices were set per square meter: 150,000 to 200,000 kwanzas for companies, and 30,000 kwanzas for startups.
