The Angolan Venture Capital Fund (FACRA) signed a memorandum of cooperation on Friday, the 27th, with BFA Gestão de Activos to create a joint platform aimed at strengthening the financing of Angolan companies with high growth potential, positioning itself as an alternative to traditional bank financing.
According to a statement sent to Expansão, the agreement will also promote the sharing of technical knowledge, best management practices, and institutional capacity building between the two entities.
The memorandum also aims to establish links with BFA Gestão de Activos’ international partners, facilitating new local investment opportunities in collaboration with foreign stakeholders.
“This partnership is an important step in strengthening Angola’s investment ecosystem, promoting opportunities for national entrepreneurs and businesses,” said BFA Gestão de Activos.
